Forum Energy Technologies, Inc. (NYSE: FET) announced today that it has
acquired J-Mac Tool, Inc. (J-Mac).
J-Mac, located in Fort Worth, Texas, manufactures high quality hydraulic
fracturing pumps, power ends, fluid ends, and other pump accessories.
J-Mac also provides repair and refurbishment services for power ends and
fluid ends at its main Fort Worth facility and at service centers
located in the Eagle Ford and Permian basins. The former owners of J-Mac
have retained the pumping equipment integration and controls business.
